The Pink Trillium is common in woodland regions throughout Canada and the United States. Its bright pink appearance is famous for gardeners and can cultivate in neutral, moist soil. Although the flowers fall in the summer, the bright green leaves make the Pink Trillium a perfect background for other plants and flowers throughout the fall and winter months.

The flower size can range from between 2 and 4 inches across. The flowering time for this perennial is early in the spring to mid-summer. The flowers always start as light pink and then will turn a darker color with age.
