Actually, my first tree failed to thrive & was dead w/in a matter of weeks of its arrival. I notified them & they promptly replaced it w/ another lovely specimen. You can't ask any more than that, especially when a vendor is dealing w/ live products, some of which are bound to not make it given shipping issues, etc. Very happy.
